She’s been busy performing her Piece Of Me show in Las Vegas, but rumour has it the pop sensation has an entire new project up her sleeve.

According to sources, the Hit Me Baby One More Time singer is set to head to London for her next performance… In Panto!

A source revealed to The Sunday People that Britney has been called for the part of Cinderella at famous venue the London Palladium, and she’s been offered a hefty sum to do so.

The source said:

"It is very much based on the traditional Cinderella, with a few twists, Britney will feature and maybe sing a song or two.”

We sure hope so! They continued:

“But the rest of the cast will carry the burden. “

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, the insider told how then teen sensation was set to star alongside some other big names. Can we personally request Justin Timberlake as Prince Charming?

It’s been reported that the blonde beauty has been offered £500,000 for the role, and show producers were keen to get her on board considering the place she still holds in many Brit’s hearts.

"She is a still huge name who is much-loved by British fans — she will definitely attract people to come along and see her.”

Although we are overly excited about this news (and wondering when tickets will be on sale), we have to remember that nothing’s been signed on the dotted line just yet.

But with Cinderella being the first pantomime show at the capital’s iconic venue for 30 years, show producers are keen to get major names involved either way.
