Kent police were called to an address near Wrotham earlier this afternoon, and later confirmed that the young star was sadly pronounced dead by ambulance staff.

Inital reports claim the police were called to the address after concerns were raised over the welfare of a woman.

Kent police have now confirmed they are treated her death as non-suspicious.

The constabulary called the death “unexplained and sudden”, before adding “Officers are working to establish the circumstances around the death.”

A post mortem is expected to be carried out in the coming days.

Peaches tragically leaves behind two young children, Astala Dylan Willow and Pheadra Bloom forever, and her husband Thomas Cohen, who she married in 2012.

Peaches' father, Bob Geldof, released a statement after the news broke reading: “Peaches has died. We are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us.”

Following her father's tribute, Thomas released a statement, which read:

“My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts everyday. We shall love her forever. Thomas Astala and Phaedra Geldof-Cohen.”

The last tweet that the young star posted was a photo of her late mother, Paula Yates, who died of a drug overdose in 2000.

Peaches posted this photograph yesterday, captioned: "Me and my mum."

Peaches later said about the loss of her mother: “I remember the day my mother died, and it's still hard to talk about it. I just blocked it out. I went to school the next day because my father's mentality was 'keep calm and carry on.”

Celebrities have taken to Twitter to pay tribute to the young mum, including stars such as Ellie Goulding and Phillip Schofield.
