The proud mum has tweeted two adorable pictures of her two sons, Kai, three and baby Klay wearing matching pirate pyjamas.
The 27 year-old posted one picture of the youngsters laying side by side in their stripey outfits writing: ‘My boys.'
She then followed with a second snap showing little baby Klay looking straight at the camera with big brother Kai curled up next to him, holding his hand lovingly.
The pictures come less than two months after Coleen gave birth to her youngest son, amidst reports she is working hard to get her pre-pregnancy figure back.
A few days ago, the designer was seen leaving a hot yoga class and later tweeted: ‘Feeling good after that yoga class @planet_yoga’.

Coleen held a green juice in one hand, and in the other, she clutched onto a carton of coconut water – a drink loved by health-conscious celebrities for it’s hydrating benefits.
