The Celebrity Big Brother star, who famously hooked up with both Casey Bachelor and Jasmine Walsh in the house, is the last member of Blue to declare bankruptcy, with bandmates Duncan James, Simon Webbe and Antony Costa all having to do the same previously.
According to The Mirror, Lee was forced to declare bankruptcy by a debt collection company, and will now have all of his assets frozen.
Lee’s rep told the metro: ‘Lee has tried to manage his financial commitments from over the years to the best of his abilities but ultimately concedes that nakruptcy is the best way forward in order for him to provide the best future for his children.’
31-year-old Lee has two children from a previous relationship, a daughter Bluebell, and son Rayn.
Antony Costa was the first member of the popular boy band to declare himself bankrupt, in March 2013.
Duncan James declared bankruptcy in late 2013, with Simon Webbe following suit just weeks afterwards.
No doubt there is more to this story than meets the eye, and with the band’s company BlueWorld Ltd going bust, there was evidently several things working against the stars.
