Now, she has confirmed the real reason she embarrassed to breastfeed in public and it's because of the uncomfortable looks she receives from the public. The 27-year-old yummy mummy explained: "I've never had to get my boob out in public before and when I have done, I have had people staring and the odd look is 'put it away'.

"It makes me really flustered; trying to get the baby under the shawl, onto the boobs, it just creates a lot of people staring."
