While most mums might be forgiven for feeling a little frazzled in the days before they give birth. But Billie Faiers looks just as happy and relaxed as ever.

Despite the fact her unborn daughter is now overdue, Billie, 23, dressed herself up to go for a walk in the park - confessing that she's trying the Old Wive's Tale of 'going for a walk' to spur on labour.

She wrote on Instagram: "Out for a nice long walk ... Get this baby moving .. #overdue [sic]"

The message came accompanied by a cute photo of Billie in her workout gear.

The mummy-to-be looked beautiful, so it's no wonder fiancé Greg Shephard couldn't resist sneaking in for a cute cuddly selfie with his wife-to-be.
