The former TOWIE star, 27, and footballer Andy Carroll, 26, welcomed their son exactly a week ago, and she couldn’t resist posting a picture to celebrate.

In the photo, Andy and Billi each have a hand placed on little Arlo’s chest, and he’s clutching on to them.

Billi gushed: “Can't Believe My Baby Is 1 Week Old Already ❤️ [sic].”

Although we were almost completely distracted by the baby, we couldn’t help but notice Billi’s bling.

West Ham striker Andy proposed to Billi in November last year, while they were on holiday in Rome.

Billi confirmed their happy news on Instagram, posting a picture of them by the Colosseum and writing: “Last night the love of my life asked me to marry him – I’m so happy!

“@andytcarroll you are my everything and can’t wait to be your wife! #MrsCarroll [sic].”

They’ve yet to announce a date for the big day, undoubtedly having been distracted by Billi’s pregnancy and Arlo’s arrival.
