Kimberly was forced to leave Big Brother after experiencing intense pelvic pains, and doctors later told her that she had an ectopic pregnancy and had sadly lost the baby.

Steven, who was still inside the house at this point, was unaware of Kimberly's medical condition, only discovering the news when he was evicted last week.

'I'm trying to get over and accept what's happened' said Steven, on receiving the news of his girlfriend's miscarriage. 'We're now having to have conversations about children. It's planted the seed.'

The couple have only known each other since entering the house in June, but their relationship escalated quickly after living in such close quarters, and the couple admitted sleeping together several times during their stay.

Kimberly seems no less excited about their union, posting to her instagram a picture with the caption: 'I have never been so happy.'

Could this be the next BB wedding?
