Four-year-old Nixon is Beyonce’s half brother as a result of her father’s affair with Canadian born actress Alexsandra Wright.
The youngster has reportedly been forced to move out of the LA home he shared with his mother and into a trailer park just outside the city.
Alexsandra could no longer keep up the payments on the home due to Beyonce’s father Matthew Knowles’ cut in child support.
A judge ruled that Matthew could reduce his child support payments from $12,000 to $2,500.
The ruling came about due to Matthew’s falling income and claims that he had ‘overpaid’ Alexsandra in child support.
Speaking to Inside Edition, Aexsandra said: ‘I'm in the middle of a fight for my son's rights.’
She said about Matthew: ‘Take accountability. Stand up, do the right thing…’‘
It’s not Beyonce’s fault. I don’t hold her accountable. I hold the father of my child accountable.’
Alexsandra received death threats after a paper claimed that she blamed Beyonce for her hardships.
‘Because this article said I blamed Beyonce… And again, let me say for the record - it’s not her fault. I’ve never blamed her. I want the best for her. Everyone's in pain.’
Nixon’s move into his new home comes as Beyonce is named as one of TIME’s 100 most influential people.
