As well as reminding us why she’s the Queen of Pop (what can we say about her 15-minute mega medley of every song in her latest self-titled album other than… WOW?), the diva also attempted to put the rumours of a family rift to bed with a touching embrace with hubby Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy on stage.

Jay Z himself presented his (happily) tearful wife with the coveted Vanguard Award, calling her the ‘greatest living entertainer’.
Even their adorable daughter Blue Ivy was on stage to cheer on her mum – melting millions of hearts all over the world as she clapped away with the crowd.
The overwhelmed Flawless star – who won four award in total – said, 'I'm so full. Thank you. I have nothing to say but I'm filled with so much gratitude. I thank god for this moment. I love you so much.
'Baby Blue, my beloved I love you.'

Beyoncé, 32, and 44-year-old Jay Z have been plagued with rumours of an imminent split, ever since that elevator episode in May, when footage was leaked of Solange, 29, attacking Jay in a lift after the Met Gala.
Since then it has been reported that Bey and Jay would split as soon as their On The Run tour finishes with two special dates in Paris next month.

While neither she or Jay have publicly addressed rumours of a rift, Beyoncé has been sharing lots of family snaps on Instagram and even mum Tina has attempted to smooth over the cracks, stating that her daughter’s marriage is ‘perfect’.
Is their latest public display of affection a sign that all is in fact now well in the Knowles-Carter household? Only time will tell...
