Bear Grylls is famed for getting his kit off on his wild adventures - and now, as it turns out, he made sure to keep his birthday suit on for one of the biggest moments of his life so far.

Yup, ever-resourceful Bear decided to propose to wife Shara after a skinny dipping session.
And he made sure to keep the ring safe by clenching it between his butt cheeks.
Be still our beating hearts!
"I pulled out the ring from my butt cheeks," Bear revealed candidly in an upcoming episode of Piers Morgan's Life Stories.
"She was standing there going 'what are you doing?'
"She was in a towel and a massive Atlantic roller came and I went, 'will you' – and it went – took me up the beach.
"I had all the seaweed and I was spinning around, so I tried it again and, and in this sort of moment of heavy sedation she said yes."
Wow. We imagine it would have been very hard to turn down a proposal like THAT!
