Kim, who turned 33 today, gave birth to her first child on June 15 – a month earlier than her due date.

In a preview of the October 27 episode, new mum Kim is heard saying: 'I have to deliver the baby right now!'

Her sister Khloe, 29 then tells the audience: 'The baby's not supposed to be here for another five weeks. Definitely scary.'

Kim’s eldest sister Kourtney, 34, adds: 'There's nothing that we really can do except for wait.'

The Kardashians’ famous mum, Kris Jenner, is then heard saying she's almost at the hospital en route to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

According to reports, baby North West had to spend some time in an incubator as she was so tiny - weighing just 4 pounds, 15 ounces.

The baby’s father, Kim’s partner Kanye West was reportedly there throughout the birth, cancelling his appearance at his Yeezus record release party.

On Friday, Kim's sister Kendall Jenner shared the latest image of baby ‘Nori’ – an Instagram snap of the famous tot’s little hand.
