Ayden Callaghan and his wife Sarah Jane Honeywell have welcomed their second child into the world
Congratulations are in order for Hollyoaks star Ayden Callaghan and his wife Sarah Jane Honeywell who are parents to two!
The 36-year-old actor, who previously played Joe Roscoe in Hollyoaks, confirmed their second child arrived into the world last week Wednesday [January 24]. Posting a photo of his little ones foot, he wrote: "On 24th Jan 21:53 weighing 6lbs 1oz my awesome, brave and beautiful wife gave birth to our 2nd son.
"@sjhoneywell Phoenix I are super proud and pleased to introduce Indiana Fox Callaghan to the wide world."

The dad-of-two went on to reveal that his wife, who previously was a Cbeebies presenter, went into labour earlier than expected. He explained: "Thank you so much to Dr Flood who came in especially to take care of a tricky and early procedure because the little guy didn’t want to wait any longer (I was stuck i in London with cancelled trains but made it back late that night).
He added: "Would also like to thank all the staff at @nhs_lincoln_maternity who couldn’t have been more brilliant and we can’t recommend highly enough. So...... World meet Indy
"Indy meet World. 💙💙💙💙 "
Sarah also wrote: "It was more drama than Hollyoaks & Higgledy House but @aydencallaghan Phoenix & I are pleased to announce the safe arrival of our baby boy all thanks to the wonderful @nhs_lincoln_maternity & the awesome Mr Flood - you saved us!

Lots of followers rushed to congratulate the happy couple, with one person writing: "Congrats to you and SJ - now neither of you can have a break 🤣💞 "
Someone else said: "Congrats to you all wishing you all happiness and good health x"
Another commented: "Fantastic news!! Many congratulations to you and your family xx"
A fourth wrote: "Awwh congratulations Ayden to you and your family 💙 "
One more added: Congrats buddy!!! I hope they are both doing well! Sending lots of love to you all x"
The TV stars are already parents to two-year-old Phoenix and although they haven't yet revealed their little ones name it's most likely going to be a meaningful moniker.
Back in 2012 the pair suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage and when Ayden's onscreen wife Mercedes McQueen had a stillbirth on the show, he asked to be removed from the storyline.
