The 38-year-old told how she had been celebrating her birthday at an exclusive Mayfair club, when 27-year-old model Maryam Hassan approached her VIP table.
In a statement read to the court, the Scrubs actress explained:
'I didn't know who she was but I guess she was not getting any attention. She came up to me and threw the contents of her drink over my chest.
'I reacted immediately and threw my drink over her. The club's bodyguard took her away.
'The same female came back 20 minutes later and she was then taken away.
'She said "I'm not getting kicked out, you whore, you slut".'
The former Celebrity Big Brother star claimed that Hassan 'went crazy, she went psycho like Naomi Campbell.'
'She stood close to me within arms' length, and smashed the glass in my face.'

Describing the incident, Tara admitted she could not open her eyes immediately after the attack, and feared she had been blinded.
She was rushed to hospital after suffering a corneal abrasion which required a consultation with a plastic surgeon, and also received a cut to her forehead and an injury to the bridge of her nose.
However Hassan claims the glass flew out of her hand as she was man-handled by door staff.
In a character witness statement, England striker Carlton Cole said he was 'honoured to call Hassan a friend'.
Hassan denied assault and occasioning actual bodily harm and was today unanimously cleared of the charges.
