As Taylor Swift would say, Ashton and Demi are never, ever ever getting back together - because they've officially finalised their divorce.
Ashton, who married Hollywood actress Demi in 2005, filed for divorce in December 2012 but it dragged on because they were reportedly at odds over how to divide their assets and $300 million fortune.
But now, at last, the former couple, who split in November 2011, have had their marriage formally dissolved by a judge in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning.
And the timing couldn't be better, it seems, as rumours that Ashton's girlfriend Mila Kunis is pregnant have begun to do the rounds.
Rumours based on nowt more than a baggy jumper or two, but Ashton has added fuel to fire after apparently rounding on photographers aggressively as they tried to snap a picture of his girlfriend's stomach yesterday.
According to friends of the couple, at least, Ashton and Mila are on the same page when it comes to growing a family together:
“They both want kids. It’s something they’re vocal about,” a source close to Ashton previously told People magazine.
“I can’t imagine it will be very long before she’s pregnant. [Maybe] right after they get engaged if not sooner."
We guess we'll have to wait and see what comes of this new rumour; it sounds as if it could be down to a little bit of wishful thinking on fans' behalf! After all, Mila and Ashton ARE very cute together...
Either way, it's nice to see that Ashton Kutcher has moved on with his life and found someone he can be happy with again.
Meanwile Demi Moore has been linked to a number of men since splitting from Ashton, including former commercial pearl diver Will Hannigan and Hard Rock Café billionaire Peter Morton in recent months, and recently returned from a "divorce cleanse" holiday in India.
