Ashton Kutcher has joked his daughter Wyatt loves her younger brother so much she might actually think he’s her baby.
The Hollywood actor and his wife Mila Kunis welcomed baby Dimitri to the world in November.
And Ashton thinks he might actually need to sit two-year-old Wyatt down and explain that her sibling is actually her brother and not her own child.
During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today, he said: “Wyatt thinks the baby is her baby, and at some point I’m going to have to explain to her it’s not really her baby, I don’t know how I’m going to do that.”
The star then went on to joke that Wyatt may actually ‘kill’ Dimitri with love by comparing her to the character Lennie and him to the character George in John Steinbeck’s novella Of Mice And Men.
In the book, disabled Lennie loves touching soft animals but accidentally kills them because he grips them too hard when cuddling them.
Ashton said: “She loves the baby so much. It’s like Of Mice And Men, she’s like, ‘I love you and hold you and squeeze you and name you George.’ I’m afraid she’s like Lennie, like, ‘You’re going to squeeze the baby’s head off, honey!”
Ashton and Mila welcomed daughter Wyatt Isabelle to the world in October 2014 and son Dimitri was born in November last year.
The couple got engaged in 2014 and married a year later in 2015.
