Ant McPartlin has had a really rough time recently.

After heading to rehab to battle addiction issues earlier this year, he returned and headed straight to Australia to present I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! with his best mate and co-host Declan Donnelly.

Meanwhile his wife of over a decade Lisa Armstrong also focused on her work as head make-up artist on Strictly Come Dancing.

But after heading back to the UK after the show drew to a close, he hasn't moved back in with Lisa - amid reports their marriage is over.

The rumours grew momentum when Dec was spotted picking up his pal's beloved dog Hurley from Lisa's house, while her husband stayed well away.

It's not looking good for the couple, as a source told The Sun, "She has told several friends the marriage is over."

The source also explained that Ant was renting his own place temporarily, but now it looks like it will be permanent.

“Ant’s rented flat was meant to be a temporary arrangement but there are no signs of him moving," they added.

"It’s becoming harder to see a way back. He knows they need heart-to-heart talks but since he has returned from the jungle they just haven’t happened.

“And what’s more, it doesn’t look likely to any time soon."

Meanwhile Lisa is said to be "all over the place" and is struggling over the decision.

“She is clearly not in a good place," the source added.

"She has told several friends their marriage is definitely over and that she is considering meeting lawyers to discuss things.

“But on other days she has been more confident they can fix things. She desperately wants it to work out.

“But at times she feels it won’t work no matter what she does, and her only option is to deal with that as best as she can."
