Ant McPartlin returns to work this week with co-star Declan Donnelly after some time off following a stint in rehab.
Ant split with wife Lisa Armstrong at the end of 2017 shortly followed by his drink-drive arrest in March 2018. After 10-months in recovery, Ant has now finally returned back to work filming this year’s series of Britians Got Talent.
In a recent interview Ant opened up about girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett describing her as “a beautiful soul” and was the reason for a “fundamental change” in his life.
Speaking to The Sun, Ant said, “Anne-Marie honestly is the fundamental reason for the great change in my life.”
"She’s been my rock. She’s a beautiful soul. We’re very happy. I’m in the best place I’ve been in my life, to be honest with you. It’s great."
Anne-Marie was a good friend to estranged wife Lisa Armstrong whom invited Anne into their family home. When Ant and Anne-Marie went public about their relationship back in June, Lisa claimed Anne-Marie betrayed her by entering a relationship with the presenter.
Ant has finally set the record straight about Lisa’s claims saying, “ That’s absolute rubbish.

Ant added that “something changed” with his relationship with girlfriend Anne-Marie after the two had professional ties together.
