Ant McPartlin and ex-wife Lisa Armstrong are reportedly now at loggerheads over custody of their dog, Hurley
During a turbulent time in the TV personality’s life, during which he has checked in an out of rehab, been fined £86,000 for drink driving and announced his divorce, chocolate Labrador Hurley appears to have been one of the only constants for Ant. He was reportedly allowed to visit Ant during his time in rehab, when even his family were said to have not been able to see him.

Now that divorce proceedings are under way, custody of Hurley is said to be one of the main contentions of the split.
Because it’s not just Ant who has a strong bond with the dog. Strictly Come Dancing make up artist Lisa is constantly uploading pictures of the pretty pup to her Instagram account. They adopted Hurley five years ago and she’s treated lucky Hurley to the life of a pampered pooch, gushing over her ‘beautiful boy’ on social media, and signing Ant’s birthday cards with a paw print (during happier times.
Currently, custody is apparently split evenly between the two, with each having Hurley for one week at a time. But with the current climate between them seemingly more hostile than ever, pals say the handovers are becoming increasingly difficult.
