In the veiled dig at Gwyneth, Angelina said she has things pretty easy compared to many mothers out there.
'I actually feel that women in my position, when we have all at our disposal to help us, shouldn't complain' said the mother of six.
'Consider all the people that really struggle and don't have the financial means, don't have the support, and many people are single raising children and that's hard,' she added.
Paltrow recently made the comment that trying to juggle family life is a lot harder for her and multi-millionaire ex Chris Martin, over someone who 'only works 9 to 5.'
The lifestyle website creator faced a backlash on Twitter after making the comment, to which she added: 'I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as, of course there are challenges but it's not like being on set.'
'I'm not a single mum with two jobs trying to get by every day. I have much more support than most people, most women in this world.'
But it appears Jolie disagrees, stating: 'I'm not a single mum with two jobs trying to get by every day. I have much more support than most people, most women in this world. And I have the financial means to have a home and healthcare and food.'
No doubt Angelina has been humbled by the work she does as a UN ambassador, where she campaigns for a variety of causes - including to bring an end to sexual violence against women in conflicts.
