On Loose Women, no topic is banned for discussion and the panel often talk about their most intimate secrets and stories.
Did anyone see Nadia Sawalha drinking her own urine for example?
So it's no surprise to find that Andrea McLean is opening up about not just her marriage but her sex life too.
It was while speaking to The Sun that she revealed how, after suffering with agonising endometriosis and perimenopause, her hysterectomy operation in 2016 actually helped to improve things between her and now husband Nick Feeney.
She said: "Thankfully Nick and I are all good to go in the bedroom. My hysterectomy definitely made us stronger as a couple."

The presenter went on to explain how Nick had helped her through one of the most painful and distressing times of her life.
"We never had a honeymoon period, because we met just as I was in the middle of it all.
"My endometriosis got so bad that I was curled up on the sofa in a ball crying and he said, 'Right, you can’t carry on like this, you need to sort this out.'"
Talking about why the experience was so important for the couple she explained to the newspaper:
"It was something that we went through together. When you’re younger you think about excitement, massive pay packets and trips to Paris, but what it comes down to is making each other laugh and being supportive."
We hear you Andrea.
The pair married last year in an intimate ceremony with family and friends and it seems they're going from strength to strength.
