Amy Childs' one-month-old baby daughter Polly has already captured the hearts of her mum's fans
TOWIE's Amy Childs has very kindly been sharing photos of her baby daughter with us on her Instagram page.
Whilst we completely understand why many celebrities don't want their little ones' faces spread around the internet, we can't deny that we love it when a new celeb mum or dad posts pics of their children.
Thankfully, 26-year-old first time mum Amy is more than happy to keep us in the loop on baby Polly's growth.
And this morning we were treated to an absolute corker.
Apparently, babies don't give their first "proper" smile until they're between 4 and 6 weeks old. Which can be sad for some mums to be told that what they thought was their baby beaming up at them was actually just a big old trump.
But this morning Amy shared what she thinks might be baby Polly's first real smile - and we've got to say, it looks like a fully-fledged grin to us!
Look at her adorable little face!
Considering that little Pol is now about five-weeks-old, she would fit into the age bracket of smiling!
The proud mum shared the photo with the caption: "So this morning Polly gave me the biggest smile EVER 🙊 Everyone says it's wind but I know this morning it wasn't wind and it was a smile, I couldn't stop crying with happiness .... silly mummy!! 💞💗 Love my Polly so much 🎀"
N'aww, we're so happy for Amy!
And so are her social media fans, as they left comments like: "She's beautiful!!", "Aww she's adorable" - with one mum even having the same experience as Amy: "I had my little girl Katie the same day you had Polly and she started smiling yesterday it is the cutest thing ever, full of smiles today."
Amy and Polly have had an eventful couple of weeks - Polly made her first ever TV appearance on This Morning.
Proud Amy showed off her newborn daughter to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, saying: "I can't even remember what I used to do before I had her!"
We're sure a lot of mums can relate to that thought!
But sadly, Amy had to make the tough decision to give up her dog Leo after having Polly.
She wrote in a column for New! Magazine: "He's been my baby for three years, but he was so big and got a bit jealous, and I have to put Polly first. It's broken my heart, though. I can't even visit him at the moment as I know I'll get really upset and stressed.
"I know he's happy, but I do miss him being around."
