Her teenage daughter is already making waves in the showbiz world, having made her debut at London Fashion Week in September – with her mum cheering her on from the front row. Amanda Holden looked every inch the model mum as she supported her teenager’s first big catwalk show, and now pals say the presenter is hell-bent on becoming the next Kris Jenner-style “momager” to her two girls.

When quizzed about following in the Kardashian matriarch’s footsteps earlier this year with her own reality show – alongside her daughters and record producer husband, Chris Hughes – Amanda, 52, said, “I would do it. Chris wouldn’t. It’s a shame. I always think it would be quite fun!”

And now, an insider adds, “Amanda’s always been a huge fan of Kris. She’s in awe of what she’s achieved and how she’s not only turned her family into a multi-million-dollar brand, but how she’s single-handedly helped turn each of her six children into superstars in their own right, as well as herself.

“Lexi’s modelling career is taking off and Hollie finishes school soon, and Amanda believes it’s only a matter of time before she starts pursuing a career in presenting. The dream would be to turn both her girls into superstars. She sees Lexi becoming the next big international supermodel like Kendall Jenner and thinks Hollie could be a successful actress and be the next British star to conquer Hollywood.”

In April, insiders told Closer how Amanda was considering quitting the UK for a new life in America after spending the Easter break visiting the America’s Got Talent studio with her fellow BGT judge, Simon Cowell, 64.

Friends close to the star – who sold her £5 million London home in August –revealed how she spent the time in LA meeting with producers and was tempted into making the leap after some quiet encouragement from Simon, who spends half the year at his Malibu home with his fiancée, Lauren Silverman, 46, and their nine-year-old son, Eric.

It came just months after Lexi signed a modelling contract with Storm Management – the international agency that turned Kate Moss into one of the world’s biggest supermodels.

Insiders tipped that the teen could be set to make £1 million in her first year alone, thanks to her famous mum’s profile.

Meanwhile, Amanda recently confessed her younger daughter also has the qualities of a superstar. “I feel like Hollie will do what I do,” she revealed.

“She lights up a room, she’s Miss personality, she’s just gorgeous,” she added.

And pals say that while a US move is still on the cards, Amanda is torn between a potentially dazzling new life in LA, which could propel her family to global superstardom, and leaving behind her life in the UK.

The source says, “Amanda knows that there are a lot more opportunities in the States, and how amazing they could be for the girls.

“She loves the idea of Hollie finishing up her education at a school in LA and socialising with celebrity kids, which would open up so many doors for her.

“Amanda has had a lot of long heart-to-hearts with Simon, too, and loves the way of life in the US, so she’s very tempted. But at the same time, she’s also worried about what it could do to her career, as well as leaving all her family and friends for a place where she knows no one and having to start all over again both personally and professionally.”

The radio host has previously thanked Simon for saving her career after she cheated on her then-husband of eight years, Les Dennis, with Men Behaving Badly star Neil Morrissey in 2000.

In 2013, Amanda admitted her affair, which led to her 2003 divorce from Les “ruined my reputation”, adding, “I’m grateful to him [Simon]. Obviously he’s made me a lot of money, but he also gave me an amazing profile change.”

The source adds, “Amanda’s flying high right now, and she’s at the top of her game career-wise, so she has a lot to risk by ditching everything and moving to LA where she’d have to start all over again.

“Having lost everything once before, that risk is understandably something that triggers.

“Chris is now more open to make the move, but they’ve both agreed not to make any rash decisions and to do some more California trips first before making it permanent to ensure they get all their ducks in a row and are fully prepared for what a Stateside move entails.

“Amanda is a big dreamer and loves the idea of donning a designer business suit like Kris and seeing her daughters conquer the world, but she also knows how much hard work that entails and how much there is at stake. Right now, she’s agreed that they need to bide their time and until then, keep hustling and doing whatever it takes to turn her dream of family global stardom into a reality.”
