Happy baby news for Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria as they welcomed the arrival of their second child; a healthy, bouncing baby boy!

The couple revealed their baby tidings via Hilaria’s Instagram page, where she posted a candid snap of her new arrival’s tiny hand clasping her finger.

She wrote alongside it: "We are happy to announce the birth of Rafael Thomas Baldwin."

Baby Rafael is the couple’s first son together, and a younger brother for their 21-month-old daughter Carmen.

Baby Baldwin is also half-brother to Alec’s 19-year-old daughter Ireland, his eldest child from his relationship with actress Kim Basinger.

Hilaria, 30, announced her second pregnancy earlier this year after posting a romantic beach snap on Instagram.

She excitedly captioned the shot with: “The sun has set on 2014 and on my year of daily #hilariaypd ....2015 is going to be very exciting as we are thrilled to announce we are expecting another little addition to our family! (tadasana) #yogapostureoftheday”.
