The 35-year-old Big Brother star took to Twitter on Sunday morning to comment on a bunch of flowers Danielle, 30, had been sent.
Alongside a snap of the bunch, Aisleyne wrote: "They look a lot like @NicolaMcLean flowers @MissDLloyd he has good taste in women and flowers doesn't he [sic]"
Danielle replied: "There beautiful [sic]"
Aisleyne's bestie Nicola, 33, has remained silent on the subject, but many Twitter users jumped to the conclusion that she and Danielle are seeing the same man.

One wrote 'wtf awkward [sic]', and another asked 'Is Danielle seeing Nicola's ex?'
Not saying anymore about the mystery 'man', Aisleyne then posted a picture of 'the most important flowers today' – the poppies at the Tower of London.
Nicola split from husband Tom Williams earlier this year, following reports that he'd been unfaithful while working in Las Vegas. They have two sons together, Rocky and Striker.
Danielle walked out on husband Jamie O'Hara in July after it was alleged he'd cheated with two women. They have three children, sons Archie, Harry and George.
