Opening up to her fans at her concert in Minnesota on Tuesday 5, Adele apparently dropped several marriage hints to her partner Simon Konecki.
The couple have been together for four years, and have son Angelo together, but Adele admitted that she would like the charity CEO to get down on one knee.
Speaking to the crowd, Adele addressed rumours that the pair had secretly got married, saying: "I might as well be married, but I'm not. I would tell you if I did” – according to The Sun.
“I wouldn’t be able to contain myself,” she continued.
“He simply hasn’t proposed yet, so let’s move on from that.”
Adele will soon be taking another break from her music career as her son soon starts school, but she reassured her fans that it won’t be “as long” as the four-year break she took in 2011 after the release of her album 21.
"My kid is starting school, you see - hence why I'm so busy trying to get all my shows out of the way. I don't think I'll be away for as long,” she explained.
However this may come as a surprise to some fans, as the 28 year old previously told Rolling Stone magazine that the pair don’t “feel the need to get married” as they have their son together – which she says is “a big enough commitment.”
