A US magazine has ‘confirmed’ that Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester and The OC heartthrob Adam Brody are expecting their first baby together.
Us Weekly revealed the news yesterday evening after speculation mounted that the 29-year-old was pregnant.
Leighton has been spotted out with a growing baby bump, and it turns out that whisperings were on the mark!
Adam, 35, and Leighton married in secret back in February 2014. They started dating after meeting on the set of 2011’s comedy The Oranges.
During a recent Reddit AMA, Adam had playfully joked that he and Leighton wanted to have 12 children.
Well they are certainly on their way now!
Leighton is the second Gossip Girl star to welcome her first child in the past six months.
Co-star Blake Lively gave birth to daughter James back in December.
