Where do you shop for food?
I don't! My fiancé Mark, 36, loves shopping and cooking so I let him get on with it. He goes to Tesco at least five times a week.
What are your vices?
Cheese, butter and wine. I'm quite naughty - I never go anywhere without a bar of chocolate in my bag. And if I fancy a dessert, it has to be sticky toffee pudding.
Is there anything you don't eat?
Ready meals are a big no-no in our house, along with fizzy drinks. I can't stand anything out of a can - it tastes of metal. I love Indian takeaways, but that multicoloured pilau rice is disgusting!
Tell us about your diet
I'm quite adventurous with food - I'll try anything once and I'm always hungry, so I don't believe in dieting. I try to balance eating well with not depriving myself. I usually eat fruit and a boiled egg for breakfast, then a jacket potato with fresh veg for lunch. In the evening, it's either fish or Thai food. I love snacking on olives, and with two kids I have to stop myself nibbling their leftovers.

What's your favourite food?
I love a roast dinner, and Mark cooks a mean fry-up at the weekend. It has everything - bacon, eggs, black pudding. Amazing.
And to drink?
A glass of port at the end of a meal. I also drink lots of herbal teas and make my own juices.
Nutritionist Kate Cook says:
"I think this fridge deserves an award. There's an explosion of colour, fresh produce and tons of veg, including unusual ingredients like fennel, which is ideal for adding variety to healthy meals. Gaynor has a great attitude towards food and clearly sticks to her mantra of avoiding ready meals, although processed meats should be eaten in moderation. She eats a good breakfast, a balanced, healthy lunch and a light evening meal. It looks like having a husband who knows how to shop is keeping her happy and healthy."
