The model, 29, gave birth to her second child on Monday night and took to Twitter yesterday to announce the happy news.

And she’s already treated her followers to another snap of Liberty Rose.

Captioning the picture, Abbey wrote: “My little angel #libertyrose #littlemonkey [sic]”

Strictly Come Dancing champ Abbey also took the time to thank her fans for their messages of congratulations.

“Overwhelmed by everyone’s messages and well wishes xx thank you xx #soblessed [sic],” she wrote.

She and her footballer husband Peter Crouch, 34, are already parents to four-year-old daughter Sophia – but there’s no doubt Abbey is just as excited the second time around.

“How will I ever sleep again !! Can’t stop staring at my beautiful baby xxx [sic].”

Following the announcement of Liberty’s birth, Abbey joked about Peter being surrounded by girls at home now.

Although we’re sure he’s over the moon with his new arrival, he later joked: “Currently building a man cave.”
