He’s said to be smitten with his new popstar girlfriend, Atomic Kitten singer Natasha Hamilton but Richie Neville, 34, from boy band 5ive says that he will be spending his Christmas without the star and instead will be at home with his mum.
He tells Closer: “I’ve been living in Australia for years so this is the first time I will be home with my family, so I’m going to be at my mums. In Oz I would spend Christmas day surfing with my friends and then having a BBQ on the beach with some ice-cold beers. But this year I will be having a lovely roast dinner with my mum and family. We’ll be having a couple of pints in the pub.”
Richie fell for Natasha, 31, when the pair went on the road for The Big Reunion TV show. The couple have been dating for four months, after dating in secret at first since August, the couple then confirmed their romance during an interview in September. At the time, Richie gushed: “We have a connection. I’ve always found her very attractive and the feelings have grown stronger through spending so much time together over the past few months.”
Natasha has remained coy about their romance and said in an interview last month that she wants to take things slowly with Richie. Natasha who is mother to Josh, 10, Harry, eight, and son Alfie, three split from Alfie’s father and her husband Riad Erraji, in July after six years together. She says: “At the end of the day, I don’t know what’s going to happen, but I do know that we get on very well!”
