We've picked out some quick fix and purse friendly beauty treats to help recreate paint box eyes at home. Go on girls, get colouring!
Purple peepers
Recreate Rita’s violet inspired blinkers, with a slick of gel eye shadow. We love the Maybelline Color Tattoo Eye Shadow in Purple £4.99, as it has strong pigment, sweep on easily with finger tips and last for hours. Follow the singers lead, and blend up to the eye socket crease, and finish with plenty of mascara and a nude lip. Voila!
Multi tonal eyes
Take inspiration from the hottest new actress around, Lupita Nyongo and blend two bold colours together for a shimmery, two tone finish. We would opt for the Rimmel Union Jack eye shadow £6.50, as it has similar bold blue and pink colours that’s the star used, all in one shimmery palette. Use a soft brush, and sweep on across eyelids, blending together and a little below lower lashes.
Teal touch
Use a soft, turquoise coloured liner pencil and sweep below eyes for a statement touch of colour without too much effort. Jessica Biel works it well by keeping the rest of her look, pared back and natural. We will use Urban Decay’s 24/7 Pencil in Deep End £14, to recreate her look and add a pop of colour to our day to day look.
