What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination has increased in popularity in the last few years as a unique and effective treatment for those with sparse or fine eyebrows. During the two step treatment, your therapist will brush your eyebrow hairs upwards before coating them in a chemical solution known as eyebrow perm. The first step breaks down the hair’s natural bonds so they can be manipulated into the desired shape (sort of like a hair relaxer), and the second step rebuilds these bonds so they stay put.

There are a few different ways on how to use a brow gel and it really does depend on the results you're after. Some prefer to use a brow gel as the initial step in their brow routine, so they can then simply follow with an eyebrow pencil to fill in any gaps. This is great for anyone who wants their brows to look seriously up-brushed.
Others prefer to pencil their brows and then use a brow gel as a final step to set them.
You can also use a brow gel on its own, if you're looking for a more natural look or you're already blessed with thick brows.
To apply, simply comb through the gel your eyebrow hairs in the direction you want them to stay. Adding a wiggle motion to the stroke can ensure that your eyebrows are fully coated with the product.
