Find yourself always saying ‘sorry’? You’re not alone, but this inspirational advert shows us that sometimes we don’t have to be ‘sorry.’

Have you ever been in a situation where you’ve ended up saying ‘sorry’ even though you have nothing to be ‘sorry’ for?

We say ‘sorry’ even though we’ve not insulted or offended anyone or set anyone back- we’ve just been doing our job or, god forbid, going about our day.

Sometimes we even say ‘sorry’ when someone else has inconvenienced us. When a man brushes past us in the street because he’s been too busy scrolling through his phone to look where he’s going, how many times have we said ‘sorry’ instead?

Sometimes you just need a bit more confidence to stop apologising and ‘sorry-ing’ all over the place, and start letting people know that we’re NOT sorry.

Not sorry for speaking up in a meeting and we’re not sorry for asking for help when we need it.

With Pantene's new #ShineStrong advert, we’re told how we can ‘be strong’ and ‘shine.’ Enough of the apologies!
