As well as being dazzled by their gorgeous frocks and statement making outfits, we are totally loving all the curls and waves worked across the locks of lovely ladies too. From brushed out and messy to retro set waves - its all about showing off your curls this spring.

Laura Bailey worked a looser wave recently - we heart the ribbon too!

Whether you're a natural curly girl or just desperate to work a wave, getting the look at home couldn't be easier.

Get prepped

If you have natural curls or not, opt for a volume and defining shampoo to give your hair the best possible start to styling. Once wished, blow dry upside down for ultimate bounce boost.

We love Trevor Sorbie £5.40, and Charles Worthington £5.99 to get your do started.

Style it up

Once dry, spritz over hair with a light, frizz fighting spray - mist from roots to tip. This will keep hair protected from hair, whilst helping to keep your corkscrews in place. You can create curls by wrapping round your usual straighteners, but we would recommend using a heated wand. This method is quick, and will create instant tight curls without pulling or ripping at hair. If you want lots of tight curls, take a really small section of hair at a time and wrap round for a few seconds. If you want bigger, looser curls, take a section of hair a couple of inches wide at a time and wrap.

We love Yogi Styling Wand £36.50 and Aussie Curl Definer £5.19
Fearne showed off a brushed out, hollywood do last night at the BAFTAs.

Finish in style

Once you're done, rub a little curl serum through with finger tips to fight off any frizzy patches or flyways whilst adding extra shine. Spray over with some natural hold hairspray. Avoid firm hold as it can make your curls feel a little sticky and crunchy - never a good look!

To finish of, we love Umberto Giannini Hold Me Curl Haispray £4.99 and Goody's Quikstyle Brush £12.49
