You've probably heard the term 'bronde' all over the place, but you might be wondering exactly what it is, why all the A-list are loving it and how you can get the look. We asked superstar hairdresser, Daniel Galvin, to explain...
"Bronde is a term for a combination of a brown and blonde colour tone together, and celebrities who are really working this at the moment include Natalie Portman, Jennifer Aniston and Sarah-Jessica Parker. Bronde is perfect for those with olive skin, however I would not recommend bronde shades to those with very pale or peach skin with red undertones. The bronde look can be achieved with a combination of highlights and lowlights to give you the tones of amber, bronze, deep golden blonde and a coffee latte shade. Alternatively, depending on the customer’s base shade, it might be more appropriate to tint before following with the above process. Maintain the colour with regular visits to your hair salon - I recommend 4-6 weeks for tinted hair and 8-12 for highlights, depending on the speed of hair growth. My Bespoke Colour Gloss (prescribed at the salon) is perfect for maintaining and prolonging bronde hair."
