TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou has shared the product that's helped with her sciatica - a pregnancy pillow.
Last month Georgia announced she was pregnant with her first child with her boyfriend Tommy Mallet.
Since the announcement she's kept fans up to date with her pregnancy including how she was left "panicked" and "overwhelmed" during her 20-week scan.
She also opened up about the back pain she's had after falling pregnancy but it sounds like she's finally found a way around it.
After her fans recommended getting a pregnancy pillow, the reality star did exactly that and from the sounds of it, it's been an absolute saviour for her.
"Guys I listened to you. I got my pregnancy pillow finally from Amazon and do you know what? It has really helped my sciatica at night.
"It just gives me more support," she told her Instagram followers.
However she went on to add, "I think I'm going to have to get Tommy one because he just keeps nicking it. Does anyone else's boyfriend's try and nick their pregnancy pillow when they're pregnant, or is it just mine?"
Aww. Bless Tommy.

Tommy recently shared an adorable photo of baby trainers from his brand Mallet but the colour of the shoes left a lot of their fans guessing the gender of their little one.
And in more TOWIE news, there's been speculation that Georgia and Tommy have fallen out with BFF Gatsby - aka Liam Blackwell.
In the past Georgia has told Gatsby that they're "family" but during the TOWIE Christmas special, Gatsby was absent from their baby announcement.
He didn't publicly congratulate the couple, they also rarely appeared to film during in the last series and it appears that Georgia unfollowed him on Instagram.
Hmm.
