Kayden, 25, is devoted to her husband and to her studies - but she makes her money from stripping for other men.

She told Cosmopolitan: “I got married three years ago. When I met him, he was a bouncer at a go-go bar and was in private security.

“When I brought up the idea [of dancing], he said, ‘Why would you want to do that?’ I was like, ‘I’m young, I work my ass off and barely make $1,000 a month.’

“He was like, ‘You know what, if you can do it without getting mixed up with the drugs and the alcohol, I say do it. But if you're looking to get into the party scene it's not going to work out for you.’”

She added: “[My husband] has never been a jealous guy. He loves to watch me dance and he loves watching my pole tricks and everything.

“The part that bothers him is when I come home and tell him customers were rude to me.“

Kayden explained that, at work, she does get called every name under the sun by rude customers - but that, thankfully, there are bouncers in place to keep men in line when they get too touchy-feely.

Currently a full-time student, the Psychology major has taught herself how to pole dance and is using the money to put herself through grad school.

In a single night, she can make up to $2000.

And, in her spare time, she tends to work out with her husband; keeping her fitness levels at an all-time high is a must for difficult pole tricks.

She finished: “In my regular life I kind of go out of my way to make myself unattractive. Guys say to me, ‘Oh, guys [at school] must hit on you all the time’. But I am the most homely looking student I could possibly be.

“It's not that I don't care about my appearance but I just think, ‘I’ll do myself up when I go to work later.’

“I’m married. I'm not trying to get a date.”
