Brad Knudson begins the video by saying: "We have a very beautiful African American daughter that we were very fortunate enough to adopt 11 years ago.

"We've dealt with a little bit of racism, you know, stares, things like that when she calls us mom or dad, but she didn't notice so we just blew it off because it was directed towards us."

Brad, clearly emotional, then goes on to explain how twin teenage girls began sending his daughter a few Snapchats (smartphone video messages that disappear after they're viewed).

"Yeah, Brad, tides have turned, huh? I guess you're a n****r lover"

In the Snap, the speaker can be heard calling Deirdra a “slut", “a n*****,” and a “fat a** b****.”

Quick-thinking Brad recorded the message on his own phone, to stop it disappearing, and went to the police in a bid to get in touch with the twins' father.

But, when he spoke with Deron Puro, the dad of the two bullies, Brad was left horrified.

"Yeah, Brad, tides have turned, huh? I guess you're a n****r lover," spat Puro.

Brad responded to him: "I have a beautiful African American daughter who I love more than life itself and would do anything for her."

The rest of their conversation, as you will see in the video below, is just as difficult to comprehend:

Two days after the video was posted, Puro was reportedly fired from his role as an independent contractor at a financial firm.

Meanwhile, in a statement to Fox News, the school have vowed to conduct their own investigation into the bullying incident.

They said: "We are conducting our own investigation to get a better understanding of the events that led up to this video.

"We have reached out to Mr. Knudson directly to offer support for his daughter."

They added: "We strive to maintain safe and respectful schools for all of our students and will continue to work to ensure a safe learning environment for all of our students."
