Florida-based Daniel Espinosa is accused of stealing 300 pieces of Dream Angels women’s underwear, 175 pairs of women’s underwear, before allegedly taking another 375 pairs of women’s underwear on a third occasion, during which he got caught.

An employee reportedly followed 18-year-old Espinosa and his accomplice out of the store, before confronting them in a mall common area last November.

Police said they pushed to her to the ground, dropped the stolen merchandise and took off.

Police are still investigating where the underwear was headed.

Meanwhile Espinosa has pleaded guilty to three thefts and faces a grand theft charge.

Espinosa, who a public defender is calling a ‘recent high school graduate with no money’, made his court appearance remotely via video.

Speaking in court, the judge told Espinosa as he concluded the hearing:

'Thank you, don’t come back to Victoria’s Secret.'
