An eight-year-old girl has been awarded a certificate after saving her baby sister's life after she started choking on some chocolate.
It was the quick-thinking of Skye Nelson, from Ayrshire in Scotland, that saved one-year-old Payton's life after she began choking on some chocolate.
Their mother, Jackie, had fed Payton half a square of Milky Bar chocolate and then gone upstairs, leaving the tot in the living room.
The baby soon started coughing, but Jackie thought nothing of it as Payton has "always coughed a lot".

It wasn't until Skye screamed for her mum that Jackie started to think something more serious was going on.
Jackie, who is also mum to five-year-old Ava, said: It wasn’t until I heard Skye shouting, 'Mam, mam!' that I realised there was something seriously wrong.
"She sounded scared. She wasn’t crying or screaming but you could hear the fear in her voice.
"It sounded like it was just a cough at first. Payton’s always coughed a lot as a child, you know how some are, so I didn’t think much of it.
"But when I heard Skye scream I knew something was wrong."

She ran downstairs to find Payton blue and struggling to breathe - but her fast-moving eldest sister Skye had bent her over her knee and was hitting her back.
Seconds later, Payton vomited - and the piece of chocolate came too.
The children's dad, 61-year-old Roland, was preparing their dinner in the kitchen and couldn't hear what was going on.
Jackie said: "My heart was going to ten to the dozen. It was only later on that night when we sat down around the table and we’d calmed down a bit that I realised if Skye hadn’t have acted so quickly I could have lost my little girl.
"Payton was okay thankfully but we didn’t realise how bad it could have been until we checked with her GP. They told us she was very lucky."
Skye, who is obsessed with medical TV shows like 24 Hours In A&E and Inside The Ambulance, was shortlisted for the Young First Aid Hero award as part of Scottish First Aid Week, and was awarded a certificate by the Scottish Ambulance Service for her bravery.
Jackie revealed that she had taught Skye the technique after learning it herself from a first aid course, and said: "I’m really confident in her abilities. She’s very mature for her age. She likes all the hospital programs and she's very inquisitive.
"She’s always asking me questions and I try to answer them as best I can."
