While most women won’t admit to the number of men they’ve slept with, Gloria Rogerson is only too happy to reveal she’s had sex with a staggering 2,502 men – many of them other women’s husbands or boyfriends.

She earns £80,000 a year as a Sexual Surrogate Partner

Despite the outrageous statistics, Gloria, 43, maintains she’s not promiscuous – and she’s not a prostitute. She earns £80,000 a year as a Sexual Surrogate Partner (SSP).

Her long list of conquests includes 46 virgins, but she doesn’t always have sex with clients – who pay from £200 to £400 per appointment – and says that through counselling she’s helped over 10,000 men, women and couples have better orgasms.

“I usually tell people I’m a therapist,” says Gloria. “Yes, I earn a living sleeping with other women’s partners, but sex surrogacy is legal and I’m proud of what I do.”

Gloria became a sex surrogate in 1993, aged 26, after helping her then-boyfriend Sam*. “He suffered premature ejaculation,” she says. “I asked if he wanted to discuss it.”

Gloria devised massage techniques and they practised what Gloria refers to as “slow sex.” She says: “He was better within weeks.”

Unfortunately, newly trained Sam began sharing his skills with other women and left her. She says: “I wasn’t really upset, and when he joked I’d make a fantastic sex coach, I loved the idea!”

Gloria enrolled on a tantric sex surrogacy course. She learnt erotic massage, sex tips and counselling. After eight weeks, she began an internship with a psychologist in London’s Harley Street, and took on her first client, accountant Bryan*, 32.

“I was nervous,” says Gloria. “I set up a room with a futon. I’d met his wife Linda*, who said he was a three-minute wonder.”

Over a series of six hourly sessions, Gloria showed Bryan the female erogenous zones and demonstrated sexual massage and how to prolong sex. Then, with the permission of Bryan’s wife, they had sex. They both orgasmed, which she says happens 99 per cent of the time.

“I keep some moves for men I date, so I can separate it from work. I’m definitely not a sex addict”

“Linda wrote me a letter to thank me for his improvement!” Gloria says proudly.

Since then, her career has flourished. And while she enjoys working with virgins because “they’re so eager,” she says there’s a more serious side too, saying: “I treat women who’ve been raped or suffer sexual anxiety. I don’t sleep with them, but I help rebuild confidence. We get hands on with sex toys and they learn to relax being around a penis.”

She admits crossing the line once and falling for a patient in 2008, but their romance ended after two months when he begged her to give up her career. This generally goes for the men she dates, too, who are initially fascinated, but soon want her to quit her job and eventually leave her.

Gloria, who sleeps with up to four men a day, sees people on referral from doctors and therapists. She insists clients have an STD test and shower first, and always uses condoms and uses the shower in her office to freshen up between clients.

Outside of work, she’s slept with 53 men in the last 17 years. “I keep some moves for men I date, so I can separate it from work. I’m definitely not a sex addict,” says Gloria, who doesn’t want kids or marriage.

Her job allows her to live a luxury lifestyle. She says: “I drive a sports car, wear designer clothes and always fly first-class. I plan to be a sex surrogate into my 60s!”
