If you’re a fan of those golden arches, then you’re going to be delighted with these alleged ‘secret’ menu items.

A McDonalds worker has taken to Reddit to reveal that you can order items that don’t actually appear above the heads of the workers.

The anonymous worker wrote: “You can order from the 'Secret Menu'.

"The items on the 'secret menu' weren't invented by anyone officially at McDonald's, it's just a random persons guide to burgers you could potentially 'hack' at McDonald's.

"Order one and the workers might not know it by name (i.e. Land, Air and Sea burger or the McGangBang) but if you explain what it is, and are willing to pay for all the ingredients, it's just another 'grill order' that we can make up."

Items include the McLeprachaun Shake, which includes chocolate and mint and is only available during the month of March.

If you want to cut back on the calories, simply order the ‘Poor Man’s’ Big Mac.

The Mc10:35 sandwich contains all the delights of an egg Mcmuffin AND a burger.

The 24-year-old worker from Scotland also revealed that a McGangbang is the merging of a McChicken sandwich and a classic cheese burger.

The Reddit user also recommended that customers stay away from ‘healthier’ options on the menu, but said that McDonalds meat was ‘good’.

"Deep fried chicken goes into the wraps, the veggie patties are deep fried, and the salad dressings are filled with rubbish.

"The meat however, is good and is freshly grilled.

"It's 100% local beef flank… The milk is from 'organic' farms… The breakfast menu uses real free range eggs."

All the meat, except from the chicken apparently: “It's horrible frozen chicken that we defrost and steam and it's a bit gelatinous."
