READ: 22 women reveal why they got an abortion

The topic of abortion is often one which causes a lot of arguments; some claim that termination is akin to murder.

However many feel that a woman’s body is her own, and that she should have the choice to end a pregnancy if she is not ready to have a child.

Because of this ongoing debate, women are often made to feel guilty about their choice to terminate a pregnancy.

Now these women are using anonymous messaging app Whisperto explain their own reasons for having an abortion, in a bid to change the stigma around it.

![I've had 2 abortions 1st was years ago, we weren't ready to be parents 2nd was 2 months ago, we weren't ready to be parents to another child with a disability ]

![I'll never regret my abortion, but I'll always feel the guilt. It was the right choice for me but never will I say it was a good choice.]
