The 18-year-old was found unresponsive by police at the Seagull Island mansion on Green Island Cover just after 2pm on Saturday.
Victoria (the second eldest of David and Jackie Siegel’s eight children) was then rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
So far, the coroner has not ruled on a cause of death, but some sites have reported that she died of a drug overdose.
In a Facebook post, Jackie confirmed her daughter’s tragic passing.
The reality star: "It is with great sadness that we ask you to respect our privacy during this tragic time and the loss of our beloved daughter, Victoria.
“Thank you all for your prayers and for your support. As more information comes out the family will share it, until that time there is no comment."

Victoria’s father, David, is the founder of Westgate Resorts, which is the largest timeshare company in the world.
The 80-year-old and his wife Victoria found fame after the 2012 release of the documentary Queen Of Versailles, which followed their attempts to build the self-proclaimed 'largest home in America'.
The 90,000ft property is valued from anywhere between $65 million to $75 million.
The family was most recently in the public eye just last week when David and Jackie appeared on ABC's Wife Swap, where they confirmed that they did not spend much time with their children.
Our thoughts are with Victoria’s family at this sad time.
