Posing in skimpy underwear, Rachelle Friedman Chapman looks every inch the sexy model. But behind her sultry smile the mum-of-one has endured unbearable heartache.

Pretty Rachelle was tragically paralysed from the waist down on her hen do in May 2010 when one of her bridesmaids playfully pushed her into a swimming pool.

Five years on, the former dance instructor Rachelle – who is now wheelchair-bound – has stripped off to prove being disabled won't stop her feeling body confident.

Baby joy for bride, 29, paralysed by her own bridesmaid at hen do

The inspirational 29 year old – who, as Closer reported in June, touchingly made a pact with her bridesmaids not to reveal who caused the accident – says:

“I’m so proud of these pictures. I feel sexy and confident and see the brave woman I’ve become. After the accident my self-confidence hit rock bottom.

"I have to wear a catheter all the time, which made me feel self-conscious. When my story was in the news, people made comments online saying what a good person my husband was for standing by me. It made me feel like I was no longer worth marrying.

"These pictures are my way of showing the world disabled people can look and feel sexy too.”
