It is expected that the prosecution will call their final witnesses today, and that the trial will conclude tomorrow, with Judge Thokozile Masipa expected to hand down her sentence on Friday.

This morning Moleko Modise, acting national commisioner for correctional services, has taken to the stand, to counter the defence's claims that prison is not safe for a disabled person.

We also heard from victim Reeva Steenkamp's cousin Kim Martin once more, who said she was 'fearful of the accused' and did not feel his public apology was genuine.

After today the Judge will retire to decide the sentence, which could range from 15 years in prison to a fine and community service.

In September, Oscar was found guilty of Culpable Homicide, after shooting his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp through a locked bathroom door.
