Celebs such as Kyle Jenner and Lauren Goodger are well known for posting hundreds if picture-perfect selfies on social media sites.

And, in the past year, there have been numerous instances of celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Beyonce appearing to have altered Instagram photos using apps such as Facetune and SkinneePix.

But pouring over skinny selfies of celebs and models - especially when they have been photoshopped - could be harming our body confidence.
