A nine-month-old baby boy has appeared in court in Pakistan, for charges including conspiring to murder and threatening police.

In the shocking report, it was also alleged that Muhammad Mosa Khan threw stones at the police and was accused of interfering with state affairs.

In the clip of the news report, which can be seen here{ =nofollow}, Muhammad can be seen clutching a bottle and, obviously, looking a lot like he doesn’t understand what’s going on. He is also seen giving fingerprints.

The baby is accused, along with more than 30 other people, of trying to ‘murder police officers’ who were raiding an area to catch alleged gas thieves.

Baby Muhammad’s father is said to have told an Indian newspaper that the group were simply protesting.

Further reports have claimed that the baby has been bailed, but that chief minister of the Punjab province, Muhammad Shabaz Sharif, has asked for an inquiry into the shocking court case.

It is alleged he is pushing for ‘stern action’ to be taken against those who charged the boy.
