Kealy Myles was preparing a Tesco Value lasagne meal for her two-year-old daughter when she claims to have found a massive shard of GLASS in the product.
Kealy, 23, from Loughton in Essex, was left shaking after she found a shard the size of a 5p in the pasta.
After stirring it in preparation to give to her daughter, she has now been left traumatised after making her discovery.

She said: "I was in so much shock. It could have ripped her throat open.
"I was cutting it up and was stirring it with a metal fork to make sure it wasn't still frozen on the inside to give to my little girl.
"There were three sharp corners on the glass, if that pierced her throat then she would literally be in an ambulance and in intensive care."
Stay-at-home mum Kealy said she returned the £1 Everyday Value meal in its packaging to the Tesco store in Cheshunt, Herts. and was looking for compensation.
She added that she's now been left scarred by the event: "I've had to throw all the rest of my ready meals because there's no way I'm going to go back to that Tesco's to buy more food.
"Even this morning when I was making her cereal I was so scared there was something in there.
"I'm actually going through her Rice Crispies because I'm so scared there's going to be something else in there.
"I'm literally thoroughly going through every piece of food that I give my daughter."
