The brave rape survivor, 26, appeared on ITV's This Morning to speak about the depraving abuse she suffered at the hands of her husband.
Sarah explained that it wasn't until November 2013, two years after the abuse began, that she realised something was wrong.
She said: “I woke up in the morning in that sort of drowsy just waking up stage and realised that he was molesting me in my sleep.
"At the time I thought I'll just pretend I'm still asleep and see what's going on.
"He stopped pretty quickly and I left the bedroom and went downstairs and sat up watching some rubbish on telly."
After some encouragement from friends, Sarah called the police - and was left horrified by what they discovered on his computer.
There were 316 videos in total - but, due to the disgusting content, Sarah could only bring herself to watch 16 of them.
She said: “A couple of the videos I watched you couldn't hear me be breathing and I didn't really appear to be moving at all. I did look like I was dead in some of them.
“A lot of the videos weren’t just of him but of household objects and things he would decide to do with those. It was quite disturbing.”
Charlie Tetley pleaded guilty to 26 counts of rape and assault and he got 12 years behind bars in August last year.
Now Sarah has shared her story in a bid to help raise awareness of domestic abuse.
She said: "If in anyway you're being abused you should tell someone - even if it's just mentally - whatever kind of abuse it is.
"And especially if people are secretive. It might be nothing but it might also be something quite big."
